RealBasic 2 is quite crippled and a lot of plugins and classes require version 3.x and up. I usually stick to RealBasic 3.5.2 for the reason that it's the last version that supports 68k as a target, but supports Carbon as well. So using the same codebase you can target 68k and PowerPC PEF (System 7.1 to Mac OS 9.2.2) and Mac OS X (10.1 to 10.6 using Rosetta). It's what I use to develop HotStuff. |

Sorry for the very late reply! I'm sure I've seen a class or plugin that can handle this at some point in time. There's a huge amount of RealBasic stuff at our Hotline server. Go and have a look if you can find something that does what you need. In the meantime I will think long and hard about this. I'll get back to you!

Damn man, take some responsibility over your own need for information. Have you heard of search engines on the internet, 68040? They crawl the World Wide Web and index all the websites they can find. You can then search the built up index and (hopefully) find what you're looking for. There's Google, DuckDuckGo and Bing to name a few. I used DuckDuckGo and the search term what is a hotline tracker? and got the following results among others: http://hlwiki.com/index.php/Trackers https://hotline.fandom.com/wiki/Trackers So the next time you think that someone should put time and effort into meeting your need of information by making a ReadMe file specifically for you, try searching the internet first and see if you find the information you need there. If you're not satisfied with what the internet provides you in terms of information, that's the time to ask a humble question to your fellow human beings. Maybe something like this: Quote I tried to search the web for what a Hotline Tracker is but I can't find any good information and/or I don't understand the information I found, can you help me understand? Hopefully you wont have to die ignorant now, my friend
