Not Mac related, but another great candidate I ran into while using the "Surprise me" function on Wiby.org: http://combinedfleet.com/ It's a still active website dedicated to the Imperial Japanese Navy in WW2. Tons and tons of info to be found there. Beware some pages are photo-heavy, so if on a IIci or similiar deactivate images first. But on my 8600/200 page already loads fine. If you're a history buff, take your Mac out for a visit

excellent finds, thanks for sharing! (I changed the protocol in your links to http so they'll work with older browsers )Jon's Hypercard Stuff just gives me a blank page though. Is it me or is the page gone? I'm on OS9 and Classilla at the moment ...

Ah - sorry - shoulda caught the https on this end. Thanks for updating those. I’ll check Jon’s HyperCard Stuff here again. I’ll try it in Classilla on OS 9.

Well, I should have checked Jon's Hypercard Stuff again before posting - can't get it to work now - my apologies everyone. But here are two more that I just tested working in both Netscape 2.02 and iCab http://www.jaedworks.com/hypercard/ Jeanne's House o' HyperCard http://folkstream.com/muse/teachhc/ HyperCard: Teach Yourself HyperCard And one more... http://www.mathdittos2.com/columns/index.html Math Dittos (works well in iCab... Netscape, not so much) This site has probably been posted already - if so, my apologies. The author, Steve Wood, used to write for Low End Mac back in the day. I always enjoyed his columns. I even used his math teaching aids with my son when he was in elementary school.

For fun and because Web 1.1 seems to be fashionable, I’ve set up a very small website : http://galgot.hd.free.fr/ It’s totally useless, just a fun experiment. I couldn't make any browser in System 7 display it as I wanted, alas. It displays fine on Classilla in OS8/9 though. but it's hosted on a MacOS 7.5.3 system running in an emulator (BasiliskII), so it's still relevant to System 7 I hope :p

Another good one that renders very nicely with old browsers - the website for the Mac-exclusive (?) role-playing game The Odyssey: http://www.paranoidproductions.com/odyssey/main.html Golden days of RPGs! Maybe I should take a peek. But I still have Ultima III and Cythera to finish first, so I may have to postpone that
