I see, so you are on square one again?
For making Mac floppies on a Windows machine, try HFV Explorer from this site: http://www.emaculation.com/doku.php/downloads
TransMac sure is a good one, but you wont have the full version, like most of us.
HFV Explorer should let you make a 1.4MB Mac floppy for your Quadra without too much tinkering.
Be sure to move all Mac files (from the internet) in some kind of container (zip, sit, smi, img) to your Quadra or they will be useless, because of lost resource forks.

I'm not able also with HFV Explorer... I think is osx 10.6 that unarchive me programs when i downloaded them from System7today.com and others, in fact if i download them using the command Save the document with name, so not using the automatic downloader of osx, they are with .bin extention, but stuffit isn't able to open it! how can i do now? Also many internet browsers on system7today.com are bigger than 1,44 Mb and so i cannot put them on floppy disk!

Your difficulties remind me of the hen/egg problem somehow.
I would go for connecting the Quadra to some other box by means of AppleTalk ethernet.
As server your G3 should do fine. With the "Get Info" dialog select "Sharing" and configure the server.
On the Quadra select "Chooser", "AppleShare" and connect to your G3.
If you only want to copy some files from the Quadra, this might be the easiest way to do so.

But i Must connect the 2 Macs directly or using a router? Directly maybe i cannot find the quadra because i don't use a cross cable, i think but i'm not sure it can be the problem. I'm sure that if i have some floppy with, for example, a browser to install on the quadra i can resolve all my troubles. And if i update my quadra to system 7.5 it is easier for me transfer files? But i found an 7.5.3 install floppy, but are 19 image files i remember...

You can use either a crossover cable OR two patch cables and a hub, for setting up a AppleTalk client/server network with two Macs.

It may be worth upgrading the Mac´s system software to 7.5.3 or 7.6.1, but remember: DONT touch a running system!
If you have a second HDD for 7.6, all right.
If not, I would recommend saving your files from the quadra before doing anything else.

System 7.5.3 consists of 19 HD disks to be downloaded from Apple´s server. AFAIK the 7.5 floppies will also install Internet Explorer 4, so if thats the way for you to go, its fine.
You would of course need a Mac (or Emulator like BasiliskII) with Internet connection and a floppy drive to write the 19 images to disks.

Before taking chances with floppies, I would rather try again with your CD300 drive. If it is properly terminated, it would be much easier putting some software on the Quadra with it.

I think now i try to connect the two Macs with cross-over cable and AppleTalk. I have just returned to the shop but unfortunately they hadn't the cable, maybe arrives next week... i will try this afternoon in another shop! I just installed on Basilisk II os 7.5.3 and i remember how i install the OS, so i prefer leave the 7.1 on the quadra.

You can also create an AppleTalk network between two Mac by connecting them together using a serial cable and just connecting printer port to printer port. This will be slow, but it can be sufficinet to transfer the modest amount of data needed to get other things working.

Apple has a network installer for System 7.5 which can be found here.

Thanks bill, but i cannot connect the iMac G3 with the Quadra650 with the print cable in appletalk, i think. And for the network software i have installed the OS T1-7.1, not the 7.5, so i think is not the better solution...

Still it means progress Max, if you can see the server at last.
My Macs that ran 7.1 are long gone and I don´t recall how I managed to network them together. I remember some difficulties until they were all talking ethernet.

Sure enough someone else can help you along.

But if i install 7.5.3 can i resolve these problems? And can i extract from the 7.5.3 install disks stuffit and DiskCopy and install only them on the Quadra650 with T1-7.1? or it is impossible? but there are Stuffit and  CopyDisk in the install disks of 7.5.3 or they are programs that weren't distributed by apple?

I am not sure if Stuffit or DiskCopy is included in the 7.5 installer. If they are not they can be found along with the 7.5 installer right here on System7Today's Ultimate Update Page

I am not familiar with Transmac.

Mac OS 7.1 came with an application called Apple File Exchange. If that application is installed on your Quadra, the Quadra should be able to read dos formatted floppy disk allowing you to read floppies you make using WinXP. Files with a .sit or .sea at the end will transfer to the Mac fine on dos formatted disks.

Previously, I try to transfer programs with transmac but Quadra told me: "non riesco a trovare l'applicazione che lo ha creato" (in english is similar to: i'm not able to find the application that created it). So, if i use Apple File Exchange i can read these programs? But i have to launch first Apple File Exchange and after try to open the floppy?
