Interesting project. I don't have a machine to run it on, but I wish it best of luck! Still hoping for that hardware emulating FPGA Mac core though. One day ...

There actually are a few FPGA macs out there, but all in their infancy. It'll be interesting to see if Snow is able to expand past the 68000 based macs, and maybe do color Mac II emulation at some point, like vMac was able to do. Same for the FPGA macs out there, they've all been black and white Mac Plus slash Classic's. An FPGA reproduction of a Quadra (at that speed or HIGHER) would really be something to see.

Indeed. The best reimplemtation I know of is the Plus for the MiST(er) project, but it lacks some (for me) fundamental things like network support. And I agree about the prospects of having a tuned-up Quadra FPGA. Would be a dream.
