How do you set up System Software 7.x to show the keyboard layout flag in the top right corner? I have it on some of my machines, but some of them don't have it, and have no clue how to activate it. Thanks! |

The flag is in the menu bar only if you have more than one keyboard layout checked in the "Keyboard" control panel, so you can switch between them more easily.

Yes. Just choose an additional keyboard layout and it'll start to automatically appear up there.

System 8.1 here: I've got my keyboard set up for German & US English and it shows the flag(s) automagically. Bolkonskij is spot on right on that.

I don't see any way to select multiple keyboard layouts with the Keyboard 7.5.1 control panel. In OS8, it works as described.
