Hm. Doesn't exactly look like merry ol' England. Though I'm sure the palms would grow on Guernsey. No Helgoland or Rügen either. Enlighten us Europeans, please :-)

Yeah still rebuilding it. I Had managed to get it to 7.5.3 this morning but sadly our old dog (20) took a turn for the worse and had to be put down so i haven’t got any further today :/

Sorry to hear about your dog Neal. We had a dog for a long long time and when he died the whole family was in a shadow for a good while. A dog ambling through the house makes for a very pleasant place to be.

Thanks guys! Devastated and still not come to terms yet but we had to do what was right for her. Didn’t make it easy though. :( house feels empty.

My PowerMac 6400/G3 with a hybrid 7.6.1-8.1 install and a messy desktop complete with unfinished downloads before the system crashed trying to finish them past 30MB...

got my iMac G3 fully setup the way i wanted with pre 2001 software so no carbon bloat and it fly's viewing newgrounds while typing on hotline and streaming internet radio with italian opera via shoutcast all on 256mb of ram!!

btw before anybody asks yes ive been to the actual opera my grandmothers family were patrons of the detroit opera house going back to the 1930's

I am a big fan of opera as well. You should post the url of the station you are listening to. 256MB of RAM was considered more than ample back at the turn of the century. while today you see much written about whether or not 16GB is enough. It is a true delight to have a machine that does the things you like to do no matter the vintage of the hardware.
