A classic! When did the page go 404? I think I remember once visiting that page like a looong time ago and being surprised a Mac Plus was capable. I think that must have been early to mid 2000s?

I wonder what happened when a second user tried loading the page at the same time :-D

Yeah! Crazy cool! :D

It was online since MAR 96 to DEC 1998. The last capture by IA is from January 1, 1999.
You can see from the WebStats -that little server took a lot of hits.
Comparing the Stats from:
1996: 14,394 Words
1998: 26,762 Words

I wish he would have shared his hardware hacks and what software he used. Some can be derived from his hardware list from his HardCider project -An Apple IIe Web Server.

This other Macintosh Plus Web Server -was online from 1998 to October 27, 2001. Here they share the software and hardware that they used.

IIRC there was a SE/30 serving web pages online for 20 years or so. Need to find it.... Somewhere.

OH wow -that would be cool if you could.
179 days before a reboot sure seems stable.

Seems like I was wrong in terms of years. Or maybe it was that other site I visited? Or was it the SE/30 one in the end and I mixed up? And is today thursday or friday? Man, I grow old ... :-D

Thanks for sharing, interesting projects.
