Oh, the days when we thought BeOS was gonna be our new Mac OS! I still feel sorry for it never happening, but I digress. Thanks to the original plan, we got a whole bunch of System 7 era Power Macs being BeOS ready. (link retro browser compatible)

The one and only Cameron Kaiser of Classilla fame has updated the PPC BeOS browser NetPositive to a version 2.3 including proxy support (for TLS encryption) and improved stability.

Well, Cameron is never ceasing to amaze me and I think this is pretty cool, even though I won't install BeOS on my 8600.

Now, maybe if we could get him to return to MacLynx after that... ;-)
