I did just managed to able to log in my email into Musashi but application specific password warning came up |

Musashi comes with support for multiple users. On the initial setup, it asks whether you want to protect your account with a password. I'd figure you entered a password. It looks like it is now asking for that password. So try to remember what you put in there. If you can't remember the password anyhow, you could delete the Musashi preference file in your System Folder. That should "set Musashi back". You'll probably lose access to your inbox contents, so trying to remember your password is the better way :-)
