If only the page had all the codes online in an html table for easy access rather than praising a shareware with a now defunct payment system :-/

Still, good find @cballero! Keep 'em coming, please :)

Well what'ya know? Although the Fetch website's not http friendly, one of their simple website examples for their WebView webcast is! :)

http://bvi-snorkeling.com/

Not much there, outside of a handful of small aquatic image thumbnails! :P

The WebCast however is more interesting (just not http friendly, sigh, but that's our modern world nowadays..)

Found a neat little website that used to be around with a bunch of literal works and artistic ideas:

http://web.archive.org/web/19981205212056id_/http://www.birdhouse.org:80/birdhous.htm

the initial page was very simple, a single symbol, that would then auto-load to the link above, but the cache can't do the back-end magic to transition between the two, here's that one:

http://web.archive.org/web/19981205212056id_/http://www.birdhouse.org/

it gets even better; so an archive of the site was hosted again in 2011, here is that version with a few variations (that's all I got) enjoy :)

Yay!!! I'm really happy that I get to contribute something! :D

Well it was kind of posted, but what was posted was a website within the website I had in mind. This was the one I had in mind:

http://textfiles.com/

It's been one of my favorites for a long time. Possibly even since the '90s. And it works great on old browsers! But you guys probably already knew about it :P Still, I wanted to share it, because it IS a really good website. It has lots of textfiles from BBSes back during the 1980s and 1990s, and even some textfiles from before the '80s. It's just a wealth of information and a glimpse into the past of what it was like to be connected back then. :)

Nice one, SK!! :D it displays beautifully on iCab 2.9.9! 8)

And at some point it might be nice to save the best of these links on its own page (and possibly make them downloadable?) ;)

http://www.rbdeveloper.com/ Still works!

A RealBasic (later renamed Xojo) developer centric magazine.
You can still download older PDF's with good RealBasic tips :)

Another GREAT dev resource:

From Paul Rickards:

I put up a hosted version of my extremely simple Macintosh Garden FTP Search site. Super simple HTML and short result pages. Should be useful if you want to download items from Macintosh Garden directly to your Internet enabled classic Mac!

I followed the link above. It does list several folders of items, but when I tried to follow the links from the collections/folders all I got was the items listed were not archived. Your luck may vary, but for the items I tried to follow, I found nothing.
