I think I would like a Dual CPU system that runs OS 7. I saw multiprocessor extensions, which got me thinking about a system. Which macs (if any of that era--i'm sure there are a few models) were multiprocessor? I'm a thinking a nice Dual 68k or a dual PPC machine would just be amazing fast, or should I just stick to my hot-rodded 5400? b |

There was a 9500 and a 9600 with dual processors, and some clones. Photoshop is just about the only program to make use of the dual processors, but it screamed. I believe the system could juggle apps between two processors as well, I'm not entirely sure though. I've never had one.
