I bought a PowerBook Duo 280c off eBay last week shortly after having troubles with my Duo 250. However, the 340mb hard drive in the 280c came with nothing installed so as temp fix, I installed the 200mb hard drive with OS 7.6.1 and all my software + documents into the computer and everything works fine. My question now though is what solutions are availible for me to transfer all of my files and system folder to the 340mb hard drive that's currently collecting dust on my desk?

Well without a Dock, not much.  If you have an old style printer cable (LocalTalk cable) you can connect the two Duos and do file transfers slowly over that cable.
