I just now stumbled upon this gem:
https://www.applefritter.com/

It seems to contain lots of nifty little tools, but has next to no usefull navigation features. Any thoughts on that?

Applefritter has been around for a long time. If you haven't, check out their Apple eWorld reboot BBS (URL requires SSL) on your emulated Mac. Worth for the experience alone. (I think most of us never got to log into eWorld :) )

That said, i share your point. The page is relatively slow (huge images) and has its gems well hidden. Like many pages that grew over the years, it requires digging. Still, lots of cool stuff to be found there.

If I'm on my modern gear, I need to do some more searching. It's just too slow on my MDD.

I just sucked down *every* bit of 68k code I could possible use from that site. Gosh, how good it feels to return home victorious atfer the hunt.  ;-)
