so i shot the original author of iNES (Marat Fayzullin) a email thanking him for keeping support legacy web browsers like ie 6 under xp sp1 or ie 5.2 under jaguar alive and also for supporting in his software/emulator developments over the last 28 years everything from Windows 95 to now Windows 11 and he replied back! http://revontulet.org/2024/04/21/921d6ac0f3ba4247b8d91430f1260796.jpg |

That's awesome I know computers don't have rights, but if they did, all the tech companies would be guily of elder abuse and age discrimination.

Well done, snes! Communicating with developers and telling them that we appreciate what they do (or were doing) is something we should keep doing. More often than not you'll get a nice e-mail back and be assured that they understand there's still some interest in what they offer. I've never played much NES since the early 90's, but iNes runs nicely - though I really don't like its dependency on Appearance Manager.
