I don't have an entire Powerbook 150, but I do have a lot of parts for a Powerbook 150.   I have a RAM module, keyboards, disk drives, screens, logic boards, and some batteries in unknown condition.  Let me know if you ever need parts.

Does the RAM module have the adapter? What size?

could be there doesn't seem to be a way to e-mail you?
I have 3 PB 1xx sitting around... a PB 140/145, a 165, and a 170.  Oh yeah, and a PB 190, now I think of it (it's right next to me, but I don't have a power adapter for it.  So, what's this adapter you're looking for?

Good luck to you, I have two of them and neither has a fully functioning LCD screen. The LCD's are the weak point of these models. They go black (or yellow) about 1/16 at a time and can't be repaired, only replaced. THe worse part is the LCD was the worst possible LCD Apple could find and was only used in the 150, so no other LCD screen from any other Powerbook will work.
