Feel free to test this tiny extension that give you stick menus (menus you click on and they stay down until you click again or make a selection) just like OS 8 - X.

Post if you have any problems (I don't think you should).  Also, it does not work on program contextual menus (like ctrl+clicking on links in Netscape or IE).

Actually this is a great extension, that works in almost any cases.
I have experienced a few problems with Word 98 using the fonts menu and the menus inside the format dialog window.
Also the menus of the Powerbook Control Strip should better be "classically" clicked.

I think it is only supposed to work on the main Menu Bar.  It is very small because it replicates clicking and holding down, rather than modifying the menu code to recognize and stay down on a single click.
