Google can be your friend, although I found this link via DuckDuckGo.

freefontdownload.org

This should be a download for the TTF version of the Edwardian Script and easily added to your system. (Of course a newer browser is required.)

I think you talk about having an account on Vespernet or MacDomain. Can you send it to one of those services on the ThinkPad (email attachment?, hotline?) and then retreiving it on the iMac G3? I do not know what you are running on the G3, but if you happen to have Tiger on it, you could use TenFourFox to just download it?

os 9.0.4 also I highly doubt from every bit of my experience that a 25 year old computer can even handle a modern web browser yet alone the modern internet when a core 2 duo penryn can barely handle it not sure if they ever fixed the storage? issue on hotline I think the email service doesn't allow for most attachments I definitely couldn't send a backup of my chrono trigger snes9x sram file to myself

If the flash drive is formatted "FAT" (file allocation table) format, the mac should "just read it" with no problems.

I transfer stuff to my old 7600 (with a usb card) like this all the time.

Now, the mac may or may not recognize the ttf file as a font file.  You may need to change the file's "type and creator" codes.

If you get the file onto the mac but it doesn't recognize it, let us know here and we'll help you change the codes so it looks like a font file to the mac.

If, somehow, even that doesn't work. I have had a lot of luck getting absolutely random fonts in bizarre formats converted to work on macs using Fontographer.  I can help you with that if it comes to it.

EDIT: Whoops, the link snes gave you is for what is obviously a mac format of the font, so once you get it there should be no prob.
