Not old enough. But I still managed to buy it in the store for the Amiga. I was so impressed.

I had a copy of it in the early 90'ss and played it on my Amiga 1000.
Attended copyparties once a week in the late 80's

But games from Sierra On-Line and LucasArts were my favorites.

MC wasn't really my jam, too gory for me :o here's what I did like playing: Joust, Street Fighter II series, Legend of Kage, Rally X, Rampage, Star Castle; I also had fun with Spy Hunter, Gauntlet and older ones like Pengo, Dig Dug, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong Jr., Galaxian and Berzerk.. anyone remember and maybe even like any of these? :D

Can't remember if I ever tried; Legend of Kage, Rally X, Star Castle, and Dig Dug, I'm quite sure I never tried Berzerk. They all look cool, especially Legend of Kage. Those screenshots reminds me of the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon -jumping from tree to tree.

I remember playing Street Fighter I and II and Double Dragon I and II, and Spy Hunter, Gauntlet, Ms. Pac-Man, and Donkey Kong Jr too.
The screenshots of Pengo and Galaxian rings a bell.
I loved playing Rampage a lot.

My favorit Coin-Op Arcade game became . . . I give up -can't find it.
It was a mouse, with a red cape, you would jump/fly around and pick cherries.
Likely because it was the only Arcade cabinet in that restaurant in Spain.
I found the titel and game again years ago -just slipped my mind for now.
It wasn't Mighty Mouse, or Super Mouse, but something similar and close.

Edit: I remember -it was Bomb Jack!!! :P
Gameplay on YouTube

Lmao, my childhood memories are ruined -thanks for that!
Kid thinks it's a mouse picking cherries.
Grown up see actionman and bombs.

Wow, too cool! :) I loved all those arcades and the old arcade shop I went to had a ton of oldies that I came to really enjoy, a whole lot, lol! Could you imagine getting to play all those games again? Now that would be so cool, man! 8) Well, on a real cabinet that is, rather than just using MAME on a Mac or PC! Never heard of Bomb jack, but it looks super fun! :D

Oh, Bomb Jack! I remember that one too. I just searched the Mac Garden for Bomb Jack and it seems there was no Mac port ever!! wow! How could this happen?

@68kmac - it's not an adventure game, but how about porting Bomb Jack for our 68k System 7 Macs? ;-)

@snes1423 looks cool, that would most likely require X.

@cballero totally agree

@68kmac I tried searching for screenshots of BJ2 yesterday.
Also skimmed through several lists of Amstrad games -again just now for a 2nd time.
Can you elaborate on the title? -really want to see it :D
Just notice Babarian also got published to CPC -I loved playing that.

@Bolkonskij awesome project idea, all resources is at hand.

@Bolkonskij
Nice try. I wrote a lot of stuff on the CPC in assembly language (it was a lot of fun), my own DOS in 80286 assembly language, plus a BASIC compiler, a C64 game in assembly language, and a bit of 68k ASM on the Amiga and ST. But somehow I never got the urge to program anything on the Mac. I simply don't have enough documentation (I love the old Data Becker Intern books for CPC/C64/PC) and I don't have enough desire.

I loved old Mortal Kombat! I remember when my childhood best friend got it for his Sega Genesis. He was supremely excellent at that game, and I was almost NEVER able to win even a single round against him, although I did manage the feat occasionally, and even a match once, possibly.

When I got Mortal Kombat Trilogy for Nintendo 64, I was obsessed with that game for a long time.
