Hi and welcome limpingninja! If I were you, I'd probably try my luck asking that question over at the Captain's Quarter II BBS. While I (and others here) frequent BBSes too, I suppose that's something folks at the BBS are more likely to use / know. I would, however, be interested in the result of your inquiry too. So if you find out something, please share it with us here :-)

Thanks, Bokonskij! I was able to get the files from CQIIBBS, but as everything today so little documentation and I need to test them, so I will report back later! These are part of a retro preservation of PublicAddress BBS software, for the past couple of weeks I've been updating it and working on custom mods so that I can release it back out again for a v1.0 release and host a sample BBS on it to work on some games. Labor of love, I guess. I'll report more on that later too! LimpingNinja
