@wove, thanks for the suggestion but I found an 8-pin DIN to DB9 adaptor cable for £10 which I instead purchased. As an update, the SE now boots just past "Welcome to Macintosh" then I get a bomb error saying "System error" inviting me to restart with extensions disabled. Naturally I'd like to try this, but I have another problem with my kb. I'll make another thread for it. |
