I have downloaded the above file netscape48.hqx and every time I try to expand it it says "its not a complete encoded file and therefore cannot be expanded". I'm using stuffit expander 5.5 I have tried all sorts of versions and no luck any help with this much appreciated. Christoper. |

You're right - same problem here. It definetly worked at some point in the past. For now, you can use http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/netscape-communicator-48 Once expanded I recommend opening Communicator Module (not Netscape Installer).ê

Oh blimey, it looks like the file got corrupted, can't open it here either. We did not change anything, it's still Dan Palka's tweaked Netscape 4.8 installer. We'll replace it with a working version asap. Thanks for the info, scouter. Much appreciated!

Edit: Somehow the file got corrupted, now replaced / fixed. Please try again, scouter!
