I just wanted to wish all of our Mac brat pack a very Happy New Year that we may continue rocking all of our beloved Macs throughout the year! ![]() And I'm still trying to figure out why oh why MPEGDEC refuses to play my .pls and .m3u online radio playlists, lol that feature would be a real dream to fill out the suite of things you can do on a 68k Mac!

Happy new year to all of you! Good health & good cheer! Great to read you're back (and hopefully stay a bit ) - I've ordered my RaSCSI which means I'll finally get my IIci online. Powered with a Daystar Powercache @40 Mhz I'm ready to fiddle with MPEGDEC myself

Oh my! That really is some wonderful news ![]() I really do miss my IIci!! Everyone's dream Mac back then was the IIfx, but the IIci was far more affordable and the specs were quite decent plus the thought of a nice tiltable portrait radius monitor, in color no less, was a dream Mac in it's own right, even if its cost in school was a little bit even reduced, lol. I had to get mine used later on of course but it was well worth the wait! I maxed out my 13" Triniton display to eek out some additional screen space with an extension ![]() Online was a thing at the time, but I was content buying up floppies and using good-ol' sneaker-ware since it gave me a chance to nerd out with other Mac peeps.. AOL did make it easy to migrate to the online world with their $19.95 all-you-can-eat dial-up Internet, Instant messaging with fellow AOL and later on freeloading AIM peeps, and finally boatloads of Mac freeware and shareware (and some Windows ones too lol) this was all terrific.. just as long as you could actually get through their never-enough local dial-up numbers, lol! good times indeed

Indeed, a Happy New Year with more good things to come!! I totally missed you adding the bit about MPPEGDEC! ![]() Yes, if I can get that one to register radio stations, 68k Macs can then enjoy having one more really cool trick up their sleeves, lol! Others have tried to figure that one issue out and so far nothing's worked to get it working properly on my end as well (in B-II emulation, that is) so we'll see what you can make out of that.. it may just work on real Macs!
