This is a link to a site that talks about visiting the modern web using old computers. He specifically mentions Win 3.1 and OS/2, but the idea is the same for Mac OS 7.

Essentially you use a Raspberry Pi as an intermediary. The article has a link to the git hub page with the software needed for the Pi. Have fun.

I've been meaning to try this out! I assume it doesn't have to be an RPi? I don't have one but I do have the ability to easily spin up Linux VMs, so it would be cool if I could do that instead (or even use a physical x86 Linux machine).

I've been meaning to give this a try as it seems a much better solution than the "create-a-gif-file" proxy kind of. I really need to dig out the Raspy.

I have not done anything personally with this. I was wondering since it is Linux and open source, if it could be configured so it could be used directly with an emulator.

Since it is open source and the perhaps it could be compiled using Homebrew on a newer Mac. It would be kind of cool to have System 7 take over a newer Macbook Pro
