Greetings!  My name is MacFox.  I discovered this site a couple years ago and always thought it looked like a cool place.  I am glad to see that the forums are open again!  As far as System 7 Macs go, the working ones I own are a Classic II and a Centris 650.  The Centris is the System 7 Mac I use the most.  One of these days I plan on getting a PPC Mac that can run System 7.p

Welcome to S7T, MacFox! Good to have you here! I always liked the Centris as rock-solid mid-range Macs but they used to be out of my budget back in the 90's. Aside from my 8600 I have a IIci and I'm still marveling at how much you can get done with a 1989 released Macintosh.

Like I wrote in the other thread, we're going to fix the NS4 compatibility issue and you'll be able to browse the forums with your Centris or even Classic II for that matter.

Hey guys... I’m back again for the first time!

Last time I had an account on here I’m pretty sure my Color Classic running 7.6.1 was still my daily driver, so it’s been a few years.

Now, unfortunately, my operating hardware only stretches back to PPC Macs.  But I do hope to one day get a 68k PowerBook again.
