This site is a great resource. I regularly use a Performa 6200 (I know its the best Mac out there....) it is on 7.6.1 with 64MB ram and the original 1.2GB drive. It also has the TV/AV card in it but that has not seen any use (I actually have the IR remote) It is used to run Labview 2 and is connected to 6 HP instruments via a National Instruments SCSI-A GPIB unit. It plugs along and is on the network through a Comm Slot Ethernet Card to allow for transfer of files as needed. Thanks again for helping to maintain support for these old machines. Daniel |
