Hello Folks.

I am looking for a VNC client for my Macintosh IIci. My Idia is to use my Mac as a nice VNC terminal.

I took a look around on the web and all I could find is this VNC_68k.sit. I found it on several places on the net and also on this site here: http://main.system7today.com/software/vnc/vnc.html

The problem is that I am not able to open the file. I tried with a linux version of stuffit and I tried in Basilisk and I tried on my real Mac. No success.

I am courious whats wrong and I also wanted to ask you if you can recommend another VNC viewer program that works better.

I am using System 7.5.3.

regards.

That file opens ok for me using Stuffit Expander 5.5

I have used the AT&T VNC in the past but downloads from
http://www.hep.phy.cam.ac.uk/vnc_docs/download.html don't seem to be working.

I looked for the AT&T VNC and found a link for it here:

https://archive.org/details/tucows_207280_VNC_Virtual_Network_Computing

It downloaded a PPC version, but it may be fat. I'm not on a Mac atm, so I can't confirm if it's also 68k. It's a 1.1MB download, so maybe it contains more than one version?

Hope that helps! :)
