Ok, here's the scoop... Some member was selling this on this site. I contacted him and agreed on over 100 bucks for this model--making the purchase price the highest I've paid second only to the 2400c. I finally got it home after several attempted conversations and what-not, put in my G3 sonnet card, loaded 7.6 and.......errors left and right. A Type 11 here, a "bus error" there, corrupted file system and more.... I dunno what is wrong here, but I dont have the time to fix it. get it out of my house for 25 bucks. The screen is iffy, case looks good, has some writing at the top. If it doesnt go out by Friday (or whenever my 5500 comes in) into the trash (or GoodWill) it goes. b |

Yeah it sounds like a pretty crap deal you got there. The 5500 should be much better.

Yep. I got shafted. I could have bought two ro three 5500s for what I paid for my 5400. Dan, I need that package...it's KILLING me that I dont have TV on this badass thing. b
