I use Netscape. Eudora is popular, I think there are free and paid versions. There's also Claris emailer and MS Outlook.

I use Eudora. There are light, sponsored and full paid versions. Paid versions are no longer available. The latest version for OS 7 is 4.33. It downloads as an update but installs to sponsored mode. I believe that if you want to turn appearance manager off, you have to go back further and use one of the light versions. Here is the download page for versions back to 4.33 http://www.eudora.com/techsupport/kb/2350hq.html/

Outlook Express 5.0.6 works very well in Classic. I use it DAILY on my Power Mac 8500 at my office on our (coporate) network. We use port 2525 for outbound mail, and 5.0.6 works flawlessly.

Which of these clients support IMAP? Outlook express does, but some features (like moving emails to folders) are not working. Thanks.

Some versions of Eudora do. As I am using POP, I am not sure (a) which versions and (b) how good the support is.
