Looking for a Powerbook 1400 battery. I don't care if it holds 1 hour, 30 seconds, or zero charge at all. I simply want to fill the empty battery bay. I have software and hardware that I could trade. Thanks. |

I remember for my 1400s, I pried open a few batteries, took the guts out, and used the battery as a storage drawer for headphones or a Sonnet screwdriver. I wonder if I have any spares.... I'll have to dig them up and get back to you.

Sorry, all I can find are the two I use in the PB. Keep an eye on Ebay though... 1400s appear on there pretty often, and even if it's broken, if all you need is the battery, and not even a working one...

I have a couple of dead PB1400 batteries that I could offer up. I also like the drawer idea. I haven't had a working battery for my PB1400 for a few years. Good place for keeping my bootable CF cards with alternate system folders. - Don
