The floppy drive has packed up on my Mac LC 630, no CD drive, it has a SCSI port. My two main programmes are Filemaker Pro and Quark 3.31. How can I transfer my Quark and Filemaker files to a higher operating system, using the SCSI port, I do not have a cable, have to find one? Brendan |

The 630 is the last of the Quadra line. It has an internal IDE hard drive. This drive could be removed from the 630 and put in and external USB/Firewire case. The drive could then be read by any of the newer Macs with USB or Firewire ports. bill
