Hello,

I have just recently gotten a Power Macintosh 5400/120 which has/had System 7.5.3, which I'm currently upgrading to 7.5.5.

My question is this, we have a server in our home running ClarkConnect and it has two samba shares. Is there any way for my 'new' mac to connect to either of those shares, or any SMB/Windows shares at all?

Thanks,
Daniel

Of course there is way, but I am not sure there is a way to do it free. Thursby Software's Dave is one way to make the connection. More can be read about it here .

Thanks wove, according to their site, you need OSX, but I suppose older versions support system 7.

Thursby's Dave V2.5.2 works with 7.6 and above, but not with OS X. It can be downloaded from here.
