I found there is a version seems to be slightly later than 5.0.2 suggested on S7T. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=120132 Could anyone tell me if this version should be better or something that is not working good in OS761 ? It mentioned working from OS755 up. Thanks. |

hi Dan, Have you also tried this acrobat reader 4.0.5 ? It seems also works fine on OS761. Or you experienced different ? http://www.pure-mac.com/downloads/adobereader4dl.html thanks.

I have downloaded this new version of Quicktime, 5.0.5, but when I installed it, it still showed version 5.0.2. Did this happen to anybody else, or did I somehow mix up the files?

Well, I downloaded QT again, and it still shows up as 5.0.2. Maybe the main QT files are still 5.0.2, but other things were updated to 5.0.5? Anybody gets 5.0.5 on their system?

I once had it on my 3400c. Like you, I was puzzled as to what the difference was between it and 5.0.2. IIRC, the MPEG extension was different, but I'm not sure.
