One suggetion that I have, is sometimes I have to go away for a few minutes when I am typing a new post, and I would like to be able to view the other post in the thread without having to press the back button. Is there some way to do this that I am missing, or if not would this feature be possible to implement? |

Do you mean monitor new posts that may have occurred while typing? I agree, this would be a nice feature, although I've yet to find a method that I find suitable. Most exist as an <iframe> containing the topic page, which is rather clumsy and doesn't really display correctly in all browsers. An alternative method would be, while using a tabbed browser such as Safari or FireFox, open the "Reply" links in a new tab. Then you can compose your message and also monitor the topic in two tabs. After posting a reply, you should be redirected to the topic automatically.

I mean more like how on some other forums, like macrumors, you can just scroll down and see the 25 most recent posts. would something like that be possible?
