I made a gadget that scrapes the new forum features Dan put up. This way I can see what's going on without leaving my igoogle home page. If you want a try, login to your igoogle homepage (www.google.com/ig for those who want to see what it is). Thanks, that is nifty. I have to say that the recent comments thing is working out to be VERY handy and useful. Am taking a peek much more often than before!

Yes, that was my goal. I assumed (correctly) that by having actual topic titles listed somewhere on the front page, it would give a greater impression of "activity" - causing curious people to want to check back more frequently.
