Thank you for the great site. I started with macs when OSX came out, and upgraded till 10.2.8. After that I started to walk backwards and have enjoyed it tremendously. At the same rate as specs for my macs have gone down, the machines (and I) have become much faster and more productive. The fact that I've learned to take care and maintain my computers, do make me feel good. Much more so, than when leasing the latest and the greatest. My machinery's running now 9.1 and 7.6.1's, after trying OS's from 7.5 to 9.2.2. I took the 10.2.8 out of my dualbooting B&W a month ago, because I didn't have had any use for the X anymore. All the best, wall. |

Welcome to System7Today, Wall. Glad to hear you have found useful information and that you are enjoying stepping back through the Mac OSes. I think you will find OS 7.6.1 to be one of the better efforts. We look forward to your participation and have a nice day bill
