When hearing Cocoa, most people think about the NextStep framework(s) that were eventually ported to OS X when Steve returned to Apple.

There was, however, another Cocoa by Apple a few years earlier. It's almost forgotten today, but was a program construction kit for non-programmers.

I have just uploaded four tutorial Quicktime videos for Cocoa to Cornica. I find it very interesting but lack the time to test it - has anyone ever have the time to play with it?

This looks like really interesting for somebody who doesn't want or can't go through learning C/C++. It's up on the Macintosh Garden but appears to have received little attention there as well.

Since this runs fine on System 7 Macs (PowerPC I assume, Garden says nothing about 68k) it might give a good reason to spin up that Performa again ;-)
