Howdy Everyone!

First of all, I'd like to welcome myself to wherever the bajeez I just fell in to!

Anybody here like to play with old RealBasic?
At one time I played with 4.?? for a short bit.
Then went on to start trying to make sense of 5.5.5.
Still trying 10 years later!!!
Maybe that's a bit too new for this forum though.

Still, I can imagine trying to collaborate with someone on a project somewhere along the way... just for fun!

So, talk with me ... friends!

Hi OldMacDon, nice to have you here.

The only BASIC I know is Commodore Basic. I like the interpreted versions, since I have never done anything worth saving. There are however lots of folks that do useful stuff with development, to share adventures with.

Enjoy your stay.

Welcome to System 7 Today! I frequently play around with RealBasic, but mostly version 3.5.2 since it's the last version able to compile for 68k.

Welcome to our little Classic Mac hangout spot, OMD! :D

And any and all programming are most welcome here! Only some of the members possess programming skills (the rest of us only wish we knew!) ;)

Enjoy your time here, we all go around the table on any and every Classic Mac issue imaginable, but mostly we all have fun sharing Mac stories, troubleshooting our systems and essentially helping each other out whichever way we can! :)

Welcome to our friendly little community, OldMacDon!

We have a few members still poking with RealBasic, knezzen and Jatoba immediately come to mind. Others too. Feel free to start discussions on RB stuff in our development area! You might find a companion for development that way too :-)

Also don't forget to jump onto Hotline from your old Mac where we chat about all things tech & programming and stuff :)

Oh yeh.

But my rusty old bones and aging eyes can't take the brightness from all the shiny new stuff like RB 5.5.5, or 3.5.2... How about some pre-1.?? RB for Java Applet support, like RBdr1r33? :)

And welcome! RB is great! Code away, and share your projects with us if you want!
