Salutations to all!

I am a computer expert in Lawrence, Kansas who happens to love Macintosh and kind of always was an "Apple Guy" from 1987 on.

I currently collect some vintage machines and run a new iMac 27" that I just purchased.  I work on UNIX and Unix-y machines for a living and of course just a technology buff in general.

I came here because this forum looks like a great place to talk about the vintage Macs and of course it may be a great resource for those same machines and to find others for my collection.

Hope to be an active part of this community.

Welcome to the group, fella!

S7T is a GREAT place to find answers and solutions to Macs of yesterday.  EVERYONE on here has been honest (I've made more than a few private purchases from other members and have NEVER been "burned"), friendly, and exceptionally intelligent when posed with a question.

Even though the emphasis is on System 7, the software hosted here is excellent even on OS 9.2.2.

Happy Holidays!
