I am looking for a good browser for my 3400c/200 running 8.1. I couldn't get 7.6 to install. The issue is I use google mail and google docs frequently, and I need a browser that works with these properly. I have seen iCab doesn't render the pages well... TIA! |

Do you have a pb3400 specific 761? Otherwise you will need PowerBook 3400 Enabler. My 7.6 install cd is an universal one, but still had to try twice before I understood how to make it install to pb1400. Now that I have done it a couple times, it goes smoothly. You should be able to do the installation, no worries. Meanwhile you could try IE 5.1.7 in 8.1

Netscape 4.8 for both, with CSS disabled, as per the browser page.
