The MPW version Apple have on it's ftp site (ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Tool_Chest/Core_Mac_OS_Tools/MPW_etc./) is for System 7.5 or later. Does anybody have a older version or have a URL to a older version that works on System 7.1? I think the earliest System 7 compatible version of MPW is version 3.2 (Apple's FTP version is MPW 3.5) |

Wow! Nice! Is it possible that you could zip the MPW DISK IMAGES 1.0 3.1 3.2 folder? I can't grab the folders from that view so I have to manually make every one.

It's not my iDisk, so I don't have write access  The disk images are in there---just navigate to each MPW release's directory and look for the "...DISK IMAGES" folder.

Yeah, I realized that now. The folders is just extracted from the image files. Got them, thanks

I would like to download the MPW tools but failed when i clicked the "ftp" link : http://developer.apple.com/tools/mpw-tools/mpw_faq.html anyone has update link ? thanks.

You can click the link that takes you to the updated components, then follow a link on that page back to the main MPW site. From there you can get a valid download. You will need a valid Apple Developer ID and password to download the file. bill
