You may also want to take a look at Baton Mail. This application runs in the background on your machine and provides authentication services to a number of older email applications. I use it with Cyberdog, but it works with Claris Emailer as well. The configuration of this application seem to involve a bit of voodoo, but when running it is very nice. Of course it seems that many of the newest email services are using authentication methods that are beyond the reach of the newest OS 7.6 software. bill |

Hi Bill, thanks for pointing to Baton Mail, but I tried it earlier briefly without much luck (Have to check my voodoo basics first). I'll probably try 2nd time to make it work, as it's manual was quite clear and all. I'm also trying now the Musashi which dawg_tired mentioned. It seems to have some good points for me, but it couldn't manage the authentication I need for a webmail. But no worries, as I can read it with icab as well as in OS9 with Sweetmail. There's an extra good point with the Mail Forward. It makes an Eudora 4.3.3 lite to work as if it had multiple accounts! Groovy! wall
