Hi folks, Just had a Mac IIci assigned to me so I can figure out how to recover a bunch of technical drawings and data thought to be lost forever. So, here I am attempting to learn the ropes of Mac and peripherals such as Bernoulli and Zip external drives and how to navigate the software and applications. System software is 7.0.1. Not an IT pro or anything near it; rather a desktop publisher/illustrator/technical writer/cybrarian. This is my first experience with Mac so I'm going to need all the help I can get. Glad to know you're here. |

Sounds great. You might have a tough time with that though. Can you look at the back of the machine and determine if it has an ethernet port?
