Some of you may remember my quest for finding a software for managing family finances on System 7. After battling with very US-focused software (e.g. Quicken) I had settled with using Spreadsheet 2000 and a template. I've since altered it a bit to my needs and it's a solution that works for me, albeit far from perfect. Today I've run into QuickFinance 3.4. It hail from the Netherlands and was created by Edwin de Leur. It's shareware, supporting both 68K and PowerPC System 7 machine for 7.5 and up. (probably 7.1 too with the right expansions) I haven't tried it out yet, but it sure looks like it could be what I am after (maybe some of you too) In case someone wants to give it a try as well, I've put it up here for now: Download QuickFinance3.4.hqx Here is a Screenshot Will post later when I got time to play around with it. Feel free to post your experience in the meantime :-) |
