Once you load up Linux after MacOS boots, Linux takes over, and MacOS exits. |

This seems promising. Also reminds me of ReactOS, a rewrite of Windoze. [wait... PPC Assembly? You're insane] |

Boot from the 7.5.5 Network Startup floppy image from Apple. Rawrite it to a floppy, and start the setup from that if you can. |

Haven't been around S7T in a while but... Ok, I'm looking at aftermarket replacements, anyone know about these guys? http://macwizards.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=19&gclid=CMSY0oGD1o8CFQMsFQod-07J-Q I don't want to blow $35 on a piece of crap like the $80 official Apple adapter (going purely based off of reviews for that adapter) |

Now, I want to learn Classic Mac programming, but I can't seem to find any resources/help. Can you help steer me towards some info? PS: I wasn't sure which section to put this thread in, so if it needs to be moved... |

Hello System 7 Today! I'm null1024, and I REALLY like Macs. I mainly come here for it's great software archive (if not small), and I have 3 Macs. iMac, iBook, and a (totally broken, but revived on a Dell thanks to BasiliskII) Quadra. running System 7.5.3. So... yeah. |

I recently got a G3 iBook, and the power adapter end (where the cord and the input to the iBook meet) decided to fry itself. The rest of the adapter works fine, just the tip is fried, and severed now. How would I fix the cord? (ie. solder it back on somehow) |
