Hardware / PB2400c Issues

External floppy only on the 2400c and it uses a unique cable. Another workaround is a USB floppy drive, but the 2400c must be USB enabled(if possible for the particular machine) and then you have to buy the USB PC card. It's nice to have a floppy drive for boot purposes, but your use of the flash memory cards is more efficient due to most file sizes. With respect to your other machines, don't forget about networking and SCSI Mode. |
