Hardware / Mac OS 7.6.1 on Certain Power Macs

One solution is to install Mac OS 7.6 on another Mac and choose to install everything. Then install the update to Mac OS 7.6.1. Put the files on the computer that you want to use with Mac OS 7.6.1 and it will boot properly. |

My Quadra 840AV is still running Mac OS 7.6.1. One of the most powerful 68k Macs, ever.
