Operating System / How to spin down Hard Disk OS 7.6.1

Hello all, So, its been so long since I have used this system and I do recall there was a piece of software used to spin down the hard disk drives so that it would leave the computer quiet. I was thinking that someone might remember the name of that software? I sure don't. I know that I did have it years ago, and of course now that I need it I cannot find it.
