Good lists, I would have to agree with the 6200 listing - what a mix of mongrel parts and ideas that was, let alone the construction... *fingers cut* 9600 looked like a beast in it's day, I could use a couple more PCI slots in my Beige G3 sometimes... Now, if I could only run system 7 on my Dual 1.42 MDD... |

Hello people, Here for the purpose of learning about the past to enable me to go forward. I started my 'Mac Career' about 5 years ago with a G5 Dual 1.8 and OSX Tiger. Since then, I've upgraded to a Mac Pro and have a host of other oldies. So very much eyes open at this point - goal one is to get System 7 onto a 6100 I got for 2 bucks. Best, R. |
