1 Hardware / Largest hard drive on a PB 180?

Wove's right. These drives are very rare now, and your best bet is to pull 2.5" one out of a broken down SCSI PowerBook. Perhaps a drive from a BlackBird 5xx would work? If you need extra mass storage, I suppose you can run a SDCSI ZIP drive.

Macintosh Plus with 1MB of RAM, ImageWriter II, plus an HD20 and a 20MB SCSI HDD. Power supply went out on the Macintosh a month after I got it, and I eventually threw out everything but the mouse and keyboard. Now, of course, HD20 floppy port winchesters are quite valuable, but I doubt trhey were back in '98 or so.

A SCSI external shouldn't be hard to find, and if you just need external mass storage, consider Syquest, Bernoulli, Jaz, + other period-era solutions. Or, perhaps even an early SCSI CD writer! Easier to add a SCSI PCI board to a PC clone then an IDE board to a PowerMac.

PowerMac 7600 w/
OS 8.6
G3 266
96MB RAM
1.2GB SCSI HDD
Generic Chuntex SVGA (yay for $5 monoprice aapters!)

Clearly, I don't use Macintoshes as primary computers.
